Space Availability - Testing Center

Use this Calendar to Schedule Appointments for the Academic Testing Center During Finals Week.

Instructions:

Academic Testing Center Finals Scheduling System Procedures

1. Only faculty members can use the scheduling system.
2. On the calendar select the correct date.
3. On the grid, select as many green boxes as necessary to fill the time span.
4. Under Booking Details:
   • Full Name field is the student’s first and last name
   • Email field is the student's email address
   • Professor’s Name field is the faculty member’s name
   • Professor's Email field is the faculty member's name
   • Class field is the class name
5. Click the Submit my Booking button.
6. If you are booking more than one student, you may need to refresh the page before continuing.
7. If you want to verify or cancel a reservation, contact the Academic Testing Center at testingcenter@rose-hulman.edu.
